Job Description:
A company is looking for a Plant Controller for the CPC
Facility.
Key Responsibilities
Drive financial performance narratives and manage plant-related
financials including P&L and balance sheet
Provide timely communication of financial performance, including
month-end closing and quarterly forecasts
Develop action plans for profitable growth and maintain strong
internal financial controls
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; CPA and/or MBA
preferred
10-15 years of relevant experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical
industry
Experience as a plant controller with a background in standard
costing and budget management
Advanced expertise in Hyperion and SAP
Experience in a global, diverse matrixed organization
