Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership to manage and develop customer-specific
programs
Design actionable plans to minimize customer impact and enhance
their experience
Capture customer feedback to streamline the customer journey and
support cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a
related field
Experience in customer experience programs, commercialization, or
business transformation (SaaS preferred)
Proven success in leading complex projects and cross-functional
collaboration
Data-driven mindset with exceptional analytical skills
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
