Provides direct patient care, ensures exceptional experience, and
exceeds at healthcare management.* Monitors key clinical metrics
for quality outcomes, manages clinicians and support staff for
compliance, and implements changes for continuous improvement.*
Masters clinical systems for efficiency and compliance, drives
patient and client experience metrics, and communicates with
employers on new injuries and changes.* Participates in meetings to
improve quality and safety, maintains relationships with clients
and payers, and manages staffing levels for optimal workflows.*
Leads collaboration within CLT for business outcomes, understands
and contributes to financial drivers, and aligns center initiatives
with organizational standards.*Qualifications** Graduate of
accredited MD or DO program* Medical Director experience* Board
certification / eligibility* Occupational Medicine experience
preferred; training available* State licensure requirements;
unrestricted DEA license required* Eligibility for Medicare
