A company is looking for an AVP Consumer Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement operations to drive customer growth through
the insurance quote initiation process
Lead a team to achieve strategic objectives and provide insights
for measuring initiatives
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to
facilitate training and engagement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
required; Master's Degree preferred
10+ years of experience in sales, relationship building, or related
fields required
5+ years of experience leading teams and projects through influence
required
Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze business
strategies
Demonstrated understanding of digital and traditional marketing
platforms
