Job Description:
A company is looking for a Marathon AI Designer (Associate to
Mid).
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to create engaging AI
experiences
Write design specifications for new characters and AI systems
Troubleshoot and maintain AI behavior and performance
Required Qualifications
Strong understanding of first-person action games
Technically proficient in using complex systems and toolchains
Ability to analyze gameplay experiences and generate solutions
Experience creating plans and evaluations for player experiences
(for Mid-level candidates)
Experience in designing AI for first-person action games
(nice-to-have)
