Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vendor Performance Analyst to assess
and monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contract
standards.
Key Responsibilities
Apply performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate and report vendor
performance to senior management
Monitor vendor productivity and quality through data analysis and
site evaluations
Prepare performance reports and assist in developing corrective
action plans for vendors
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems,
Finance/Accounting, or a relevant field, or equivalent
experience
3+ years in an operations/processing position
3+ years of analytical and data processing experience
Experience working with benefit vendors is highly preferred
Experience in managed healthcare is preferred
