A company is looking for an Industry Solutions
Consultant/Systems Specialist (CST/EST).
Key Responsibilities
Consult with customers to identify business challenges and
recommend tailored solutions
Lead solution implementations by defining customer requirements and
ensuring integration
Provide industry-specific guidance to optimize document and
knowledge management workflows
Required Qualifications
Experience in tax, accounting, audit, insurance brokerage, wealth
management, or management consulting
Knowledge of business automation processes and enterprise content
management solutions
Proven ability to document client requirements and create solution
specifications
Experience using enterprise software solutions focused on business
process optimization
Experience and knowledge of Windows-based environments and SQL
language is helpful
