Job Description:
A company is looking for a Direct Sales Producer to drive new
member sales in the Individual Market segment.
Key Responsibilities
Initiates outbound and follow-up sales for leads across multiple
segments and products
Establishes and enhances client relationships using a consultative
sales approach to identify client needs
Manages prospects through e-channels and collaborates with the
sales management team to address service issues
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
3+ years of experience in a related field
Must obtain a North Carolina Insurance license within the first 60
days of employment
Current NC Accidental & Health License is preferred
Healthcare sales experience is strongly preferred
