Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with an infrastructure team to deliver reliable and
efficient solutions at scale
Engage in systems design and architecture discussions, making
informed technical decisions
Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team while focusing
on operational efficiency and cost reduction
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years in engineering management and over 9 years in
software development
BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related discipline
Experience managing teams specializing in backend distributed
systems
Proven technical leadership with hands-on experience guiding senior
technical teams
Skilled in collaborating with senior leadership on strategic
initiatives
