Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Acute Care.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee central acute care operations and market-level Mobile
Integrated Care operations
Partner with the Acute Care Medical Director to execute operational
strategies and expand services
Recruit, mentor, and develop team members while ensuring the team
meets KPIs and SLAs
Required Qualifications
Minimum 8 years' experience in clinical operations management
5+ years of acute care clinical experience with pediatric
patients
Minimum 3 years' experience in leading and managing teams
Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree preferred
Registered Nurse preferred
