Job Description:

A company is looking for a Youth Residential Director 14 - JJ Facility Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee administration and programming for the Juvenile Justice facility
Direct the facility program management team and manage specialized detention/treatment programming
Evaluate training needs and monitor staff training activities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Master's degree in social work, psychology, education, guidance and counseling, sociology, criminal justice, or human services
Three years of professional experience in youth services work at the experienced (P11) level or one year at the Youth Residential Director 13 level
Bachelor's degree and three years of experience equivalent to a Youth Specialist Supervisor 11 may substitute for the education and experience requirement
Successful completion of a background investigation and criminal records check is required
Ability to work in a secure environment with necessary privacy and distractions minimized
