A company is looking for a Senior Director, Enterprise Sales
Operations & Process.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior leaders to define product vision and
success metrics for Enterprise and Mid-Market customers
Manage a team to implement, integrate, customize, and support
enterprise customer needs
Influence the Enterprise product roadmap and act as an evangelist
for Enterprise customers at conferences
Required Qualifications
7+ years of restaurant technology experience, including 3+ years in
leadership roles
Experience in project management and implementing integrated
software programs for large Enterprises with deal sizes above
$1M
Proven success in managing people managers and building
high-performing teams
Entrepreneurial spirit in developing new products and services
Knowledge of the restaurant and hospitality industry is a plus
