Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance partner
performance and engagement
Identify and implement process improvements for partner onboarding,
training, and support
Manage the partner's sales process and ensure optimization of
partner-facing tools and processes
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in partner operations or channel management
in the technology sector
Proven track record of managing complex partner relationships
Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and
decision-making
Experience in project management and process improvement
methodologies
Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry is a plus
