A company is looking for a System Manager Real Estate
Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Drive optimization across the real estate portfolio and manage
projects for asset utilization
Collaborate with leaders to develop strategies for market share
growth and operational efficiency
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses on portfolio
performance and support portfolio optimization initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Finance, Accounting,
Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare or real estate
strategy
Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of real estate
terminology and processes
Knowledge of healthcare industry market trends, particularly in
ambulatory care
Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications and Google Suite
