Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain an internal communications strategy that
reflects the company's employer brand
Create and manage engaging content for social media channels and
the intranet, showcasing company culture and employee
achievements
Own the communications calendar and support messaging for employee
Town Hall meetings and executive presentations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or
equivalent experience
3+ years of professional experience in internal communications or
corporate branding
Experience managing social media channels and developing
cross-channel content strategies
Proven ability to write and edit engaging content in various styles
and formats
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively
in diverse settings
