  • Registered Nurse position in the Emergency Room (ER) at Sparrow Hospital, part of Sparrow Health System - MSP.
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks
  • On Call: No
  • Weekend: Yes - 3 weekends (Fri-Sun) per 4 week schedule
  • Floating: Yes - Peds possible
  • Level 1 Trauma Center, Stroke Center, Heart Center and Pediatric Emergency Department.
    • Job Requirements
    • Current Michigan state license required.
    • 2 years minimum experience preferred.
    • Level I trauma experience required.
    • Interpretation and Management of dysrhythmias experience required.
    • EPIC charting experience preferred.
    • Traveler must agree to work 3 weekends (Fri-Sun) per 4 week schedule.
    • Traveler acknowledgment of high ratios 1:5-6 ratios.
      • Schedule Information
      • RTO must be submitted at time of submittal, no additional RTO will be approved later on.
      • RTO blocked 3/31-4/13, 4/18-4/20.
      • Modules are NOT billable; please margin for 5 hours.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Currently experiencing high 1:5-6 ratios. It could be up to 8 depending on patient influx and holidays.
          • Additional Details
          • Required to start certifications must be renewed if they expire during assignment.
          • Traveler has required certifications: TNCC and ENPC.
