Job Description:
A company is looking for a Freelance Medical Translator -
Swahili Speaking.
Key Responsibilities
Translate medical and relevant content from English to Swahili for
various products
Assist with requests from Swahili-speaking partners
Support the localization team with UX copy translation for client
and user-facing products
Required Qualifications
Medical approbation or a license to practice medicine, or
enrollment in a medical course
Native-level fluency in Swahili and professional fluency in
English
Strong command of Swahili grammar and complex vocabulary
Good level of computer literacy (Windows, Google Sheets, OS X,
MS-Office, etc.)
Previous medical translation experience is advantageous but not
essential
