Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Omnichannel
Therapeutic Area Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of customer experience
design and omnichannel expertise
Drive adoption of omnichannel methods and provide training on
analytics and technology to improve customer engagement
Collaborate with brand teams to manage the development and
execution of omnichannel initiatives
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in omnichannel/multi-channel
marketing
B.A. or B.Sc. required
Experience applying AI and/or Machine Learning models
Significant experience working with creative and media agencies
Customer Journey Mapping experience
