Job Description:
A company is looking for a Fintech Utilization Associate to
drive adoption and enhance customer experience with integrated
consumer financing.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate the value of integrated consumer financing features to
customers and drive product adoption
Manage customer projects to ensure successful implementation of
financing products
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate
timely customer go-lives while prioritizing customer experience
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS
environment
Experience in consumer financing, customer training, or project
planning preferred
Ability to multitask and self-manage against sales and utilization
goals
Proactive communication skills with both prospective and current
customers
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
