Job Description:
A company is looking for a Referral Program Specialist, US Based
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Provide instructions to real estate agents and ensure compliance
with program requirements
Send invoices to closing agents and track the status of real estate
listings
Follow up on outstanding funds and maintain timely communication
with all parties involved
Required Qualifications
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
General knowledge of the life cycle of a real estate
transaction
Financial or real estate closing-related experience preferred
Experience in tracking and following up on outstanding items
Ability to maintain a 2-hour turnaround time for communications
