Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Researcher, Quality
Measures.
Key Responsibilities
Provide thought leadership in measure development and implement
actionable solutions
Lead technical projects for developing and maintaining quality
measures for Federal programs
Collaborate with technical experts to ensure best-practice
execution of measure development tasks
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Ph.D. in public health, psychology, health policy, or related field
with 3 years of experience, or M.A./M.S./M.P.H. with 7 years of
experience
Experience in measure development and expertise in areas such as
PROMs and eCQMs
Experience writing proposals for Federal agencies
Familiarity with risk adjustment methodologies preferred but not
required
Direct experience with CMMI alternative payment models is a plus
but not required
