Job Description:
A company is looking for an Underwriter to manage new and
renewal business while providing leadership to a production
team.
Key Responsibilities
Underwrite new and renewal business and approve policy changes
Supervise a team, ensuring effective communication and client
relationship management
Monitor accounts for compliance and production metrics to minimize
risk
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or appropriate insurance designation
Three years of experience in production and marketing of new
accounts
Must be licensed in relevant areas of insurance
Ability to understand and analyze insurance policies and risk
exposures
Knowledge of commercial multi-line underwriting and rating
