Job Description:
A company is looking for an Advanced Brokerage Operations
Professional, Licensed (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and process new account documents,
maintenance requests, and transfers
Analyze and process complex service transactions while ensuring
compliance with regulatory standards
Collaborate with team members and maintain professional
relationships with field professionals and internal units
Required Qualifications
High School diploma with 1-2 years of related experience
FINRA Series 7 and 63/65, or 66 required or to be obtained within
90 days of hire
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
Ability to work flexible shifts according to volume forecasts
