Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center - Bilingual Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers regarding
insurance products and services
Assist customers with inquiries about coverage, rates, billing
issues, and policy reviews
Promote and sell additional insurance products as needed
Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years
post-secondary education
Fluent in both Spanish and English (speak and read)
For sales roles, a Property & Casualty license is required or must
be obtained during training
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
Experience in customer service is preferred
