A company is looking for a Staff User Experience Designer.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the design process for major projects, ensuring successful
implementation into production
Exercise independent judgment to navigate ambiguity and develop
scalable design solutions
Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering a
culture of high performance and continuous learning
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design with
involvement in the full product development lifecycle
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction
(HCI), Interaction Design, or a related field
Proficiency in Figma and design systems
Experience with low-fidelity collaboration tools like Miro and
FigJam
Proven ability to work closely with development teams and product
management
