A company is looking for a Contact Center Representative -
Credit Card Spanish Bilingual.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inbound
inquiries and offering solutions at the first point of contact
Process a variety of financial transactions accurately and
efficiently while adhering to bank policies
Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience
and participate in personal development activities
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail,
banking, or a contact center
Bilingual in Spanish and English, capable of assisting customers in
both languages
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a set
schedule, including weekends and holidays
Proficient in using technology and software applications relevant
to the position
