the Commercial Stormwater Operations and Recruiting Team
remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for the recruitment process,
ensuring smooth hiring workflows
Conduct interviews with prospective candidates for the Commercial
Stormwater Team
Assist with virtual onboarding and data reporting on hiring
efforts
Required Qualifications
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Experience in recruitment coordination or HR (preferred but not
required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking
systems
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
