Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP, Territory Distribution Leader
(Wholesale) to achieve profitability and production goals across
national territories.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with Regional Field Leaders and collaborate with Business
Unit resources to meet production and profitability plans
Generate prospects and maintain relationships with key agents and
brokers in the assigned territory
Regularly report and monitor key performance indicators to ensure
annual profitability goals are met
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in a related
discipline
Minimum of 15 years of experience in underwriting, sales,
marketing, and distribution management
Expert knowledge of the insurance industry, its products, and
services
Applicable professional certifications preferred
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other
business-related software
