Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of the Integrated Services
customer support strategy
Define, monitor, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to
track effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
Publish monthly reports reflecting business performance to
stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Experience managing budgets, preferably in the range of $100M
Proven ability to work with internal and external stakeholders,
including suppliers
Background in project management and stakeholder communication
Knowledge of operational processes and continuous improvement
methodologies
Experience in customer support or related fields
