A company is looking for a Consulting Principal.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and foster a culture of client service and
accountability
Manage complex projects and client relationships while ensuring
successful outcomes
Develop and deliver compensation consulting solutions tailored to
nonprofit organizations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business-related field or
equivalent experience
At least twelve years of experience in executive and staff
compensation consulting
Experience working with nonprofit organizations is preferred
Strong technical knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
