Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Therapist in Ohio.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver remote care through a short-term outcome and evidence-based
program
Monitor participant progress, provide follow-up communications, and
document session notes
Identify and respond to high-risk participant encounters following
company protocols
Required Qualifications
Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed
Professional Counselor (LPC) / Licensed Mental Health Counselor
(LMHC) (or state equivalent)
Ability to maintain a consistent schedule for patients (40
hours/week, Monday-Friday)
Currently eligible to be enrolled as a provider in the Medicare
program or able to terminate opt-out (if applicable) prior to
starting a new position
