Job Description:
A company is looking for a Promotions Specialist responsible for
managing consumer sweepstakes on the Xbox console.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the execution of multiple Xbox sweepstakes, including
program development and rule creation
Provide timely support and communication to clients and coordinate
prize fulfillment for winners
Develop budgets, reconcile costs, and manage administrative tasks
related to sweepstakes
Required Qualifications
Experience in promotion management and client support
Ability to draft official rules and manage budgets for
sweepstakes
Basic understanding of digital tools and coding for sweepstakes
execution
Experience with personal information management and compliance with
data processing requirements
Familiarity with budget reconciliation and tax reporting
processes
